Through personal experience, I have found hypnotherapy to work extremely well in helping with the symptoms of migraine. I have suffered from migraines since I was 11 years old. I get aura, loss of vision in one eye, numbness down one side of my body, my tongue goes numb, I find it difficult to speak and formulate words, I vomit and the pain is like an ice pick stabbing through my eye and over one side of my head. I just can not function. They last about 24 - 48 hours. Thankfully they are infrequent but sometimes the fear of getting one can be just as debilitating. However, I have been able to use hypnotherapy to help with the symptoms of migraines for myself and can show you how as well.
