At your first session we will decide the best way for you to achieve your goal. I will explain to you how the brain works and why we react to certain situations in the way we do. This will enable you to understand how Solution Focused Hypnotherapy can encourage a change with your unwanted behaviour and beliefs. I will give you a free CD or MP3 to listen to. I will also inform you about my privacy policy and be ensured that any contact or discussions will always remain completely confidential.

I will support you to gain better control over your life and you will achieve the positive future you wish for.

£70 per session

Sessions are 50 - 60 minutes

Longer appointments are available if needed.

I see clients online on Saturdays and Tuesday and Wednesday evenings.
